Returns - Our return policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted. Please contact us at  june.bug.candles.llc@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm via email that we have received your returned item and notify you about the status of your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund.

Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at june.bug.candles.llc@gmail.com.

Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defected or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at june.bug.candles.llc@gmail.com.

Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, all sale items are final. If your sale item arrives defected or damaged, contact us at june.bug.candles.llc@gmail.com.
